AI Persona Design provides custom, AI-generated persona portraits, philosophical profiles, system prompts, and AI companion bot configurations based on the information provided in your intake questionnaire. The specific deliverables depend on the tier purchased:
Because our products are highly customized digital goods that require significant manual and computational effort to create, all sales are final. Once the intake questionnaire has been processed and the deliverables have been generated and sent, we cannot offer refunds.

Our portraits and system prompts are generated using advanced artificial intelligence models. While we strive for the highest quality and alignment with your profile, AI generation inherently involves some degree of unpredictability. Minor artifacts or variations in the final image are normal and are part of the AI creation process.
AI Persona Design provides custom AI persona prompts and educational resources designed to help individuals personalize their AI experience. The prompts, guides, and information provided are for educational and personal development purposes only. AI tools are for assistance and ideas only — they do not replace professional advice. Always verify medical, financial, and legal decisions with qualified professionals.
AI responses are generated by third-party platforms — we cannot guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI outputs. Users are responsible for how they use and apply AI tools. Results vary depending on the AI platform, version, and how prompts are used. We are in no way responsible for how individuals may use prompts or resources now or in the future.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in your intake questionnaire. The quality and accuracy of your final persona depend directly on the depth of the information you provide. We are not responsible for personas that do not meet expectations due to incomplete or vague intake responses.
Upon delivery, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your generated persona portrait and system prompt for personal and commercial use.
AI Persona Design retains the right to use anonymized or generalized versions of generated artwork for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless you explicitly request privacy in writing prior to delivery.
If you purchase The 1:11 Shadow tier, you are purchasing the configuration, system prompt, and deployment setup of a live AI companion bot. You are responsible for maintaining your own Telegram account to interact with the bot.
AI Persona Design is not responsible for changes to third-party platforms (such as Telegram, OpenAI, or Anthropic) that may affect bot functionality in the future. The 6-month hosting period begins on the date your bot is deployed. After 6 months, continued hosting is available at $19/month.
The Soul Drive is a physical USB drive shipped to your address. Free shipping is available within the United States; international orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the US after your digital documents have been delivered. AI Persona Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
We respect your privacy. The personal information, philosophical views, and personal details you share in your intake questionnaire are used exclusively to generate your persona and companion bot. We do not sell your data to third parties.
